显像管用氢氟酸清洗时,阳极帽往往受到腐蚀,导致最终破坏,引起管子漏气。本工作是研究显像管酸洗工艺中的缓蚀剂。采用线性极化技术和电偶技术,从均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀的角度快速地评选出硫脲,并测定了其缓蚀效果;然后以失重法校对,其规律甚为一致。进一步进行实管实验,结果表明效果良好;现已应用在大生产线上,实践证明,硫脲对Cr—Fe封接合金的阳极帽在氢氟酸清洗的过程中有很好的缓蚀作用,而对管子无付作用。所以,对显像管的生产具有一定的意义。
When cleaning the CRT with hydrofluoric acid, the anode cap is often corroded, eventually destroying it and causing the tube to leak. This work is to study the tube pickling corrosion inhibitor. Using linear polarization and galvanic coupling, the thiourea was quickly selected from the viewpoints of uniform corrosion and local corrosion, and its corrosion inhibition effect was determined. Then the calibration was consistent with the weight loss method. Further experiments were carried out, the results show that the effect is good; has been used in large production lines, the practice has proved that thiourea on the anode cap of the Cr-Fe sealant alloy in hydrofluoric acid cleaning process has a good corrosion inhibition, No effect on the pipe. Therefore, the production of CRT has a certain significance.
