对圆度、精度及表面光洁度均要求较高的小孔,一般是采用钻、粗铰、精铰后再进行研磨的方法,进行加工。但研磨效率低,技术上难于掌握,对研磨前的要求严格,且小孔研磨具不便制作,所以,这种加工方法不能适应大量生产的要求。为了提高精密小孔的加工效率,我们制造了一种如附图所示的单刃挤光铰刀。经过实际使用,它加工的孔,光洁度可达(?)11,尺寸精度和整形公差都在很小范围内。特别适合于加工有气密性要求的小孔。
