新高潮“新”在哪里?就是要新在信仰上,新在认识上,新在应用上,新在成效上。新高潮之“新”,是相对前一段学习贯彻而言的。兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的新高潮,就是要在前段学习贯彻的基础上,把“三个代表”重要思想的学习贯彻引向更加深入,取得更大成效。而紧紧抓住“新”字,在“新”字上下功夫,正是学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的重要环节。新在信仰上,就是要坚定对“三个代表”重要思想作为党的指导思想的信仰。经验告诉我们,只有
