近年来,利用LuLminol-K_2S_2O_8化学发光体系测定某些金属离子的方法已有报道,但对多数金属离子在该体系中的化学发光行为人们尚不清楚。本文在自行设计的流动注射式化学发光分析仪上,对Luminol-K_2S_2O_8体系中32种金属离子的化学发光行为进行了系统研究,为进一步研究和利用这一体系打下基础。实验仪器流动注射式化学发光分析仪(自制)。试剂 1×10~(-3)mol.dm~(-3)Luminol分析液:取100mL1×10~(-2)mol·dm~(-3)Luminol贮备液于1L容量瓶中,加50mL lmol·dm~(-3)NaOH,用水稀释至刻度,混匀。1×10~(-2)mol·dm~(-3)
In recent years, the use of LuLminol-K 2 S 2 O 8 chemiluminescence system for the determination of some metal ions has been reported, but most of the metal ions in the system chemiluminescence behavior is not clear. In this paper, the chemiluminescence behavior of 32 kinds of metal ions in Luminol-K 2 S 2 O 8 system was systematically studied in a mobile injection chemiluminescence analyzer designed by ourselves, which laid the foundation for further study and utilization of this system.
