多原发恶性肿瘤好发于消化系统，我科最近２ａ收治３４例累及消化系统的双原发恶性肿瘤，现结合近３ａ国内文献报道的６１０例就消化系统多原发恶性肿瘤的临床特点作一讨论．１ 材料和方法我科收治的４例双原发恶性肿瘤分别为：男性６５岁，同时性直肠腺癌、胃窦部低分化腺癌
