运用反相高效液相色谱法对43 例 Hp 阳性的慢性浅表性胃炎、消化性溃疡及 Hp 阴性的慢性浅表性胃炎患者测定了其胃液中维生素 C 含量。结果 Hp 阳性者胃液中维生素 C 含量分别为10 .28 ±3 .23μg/ L,19 .8 ±2 .38μg/ L,较 Hp 阴性的慢性浅表性胃炎(20 .87 ±9 .31μg/ ml) 明显下降,( 均 P< 0 .01) 。表明 Hp 感染时胃液中维生素 C 含量明显下降,提示 Hp 感染可能与胃癌发生的危险性增加有关。
The contents of vitamin C in gastric juice of 43 patients with Hp-positive chronic superficial gastritis, peptic ulcer and Hp-negative chronic superficial gastritis were determined by RP-HPLC. Results Hp positive gastric juice in vitamin C content were 10. 28 ± 3. 23 μg / L, 19. 8 ± 2. 38μg / L, Hp-negative chronic superficial gastritis (20.87 ± 9.31μg / ml) decreased significantly (all P <0.01). Hp infection showed that the vitamin C content in gastric juice decreased significantly, suggesting that Hp infection may be related to the increased risk of gastric cancer.
