目的分析比较VolumeRAD成像技术与CT的图像质量及辐射剂量,选择合适的X射线检查方式,更好地为临床应用。方法利用体模获取VolumeRAD成像技术、CT的图像并记录各自的辐射剂量。结果 Vol-umeRAD成像技术的低对比分辨力在对比度1%时为4 mm,对比度0.5%时为7 mm,对比度0.3%时为0 mm;高对比分辨力为9 lp/cm;辐射剂量1.26 mGy。CT的低对比分辨力在对比度1%时为2 mm,对比度0.5%时为4 mm,对比度0.3%时为6 mm;高对比分辨力7 lp/cm;辐射剂量28 mGy。结论 VolumeRAD成像技术的图像克服了DR的组织结构重叠,与CT相比,其高对比分辨力高,低对比分辨力低,但其辐射剂量远低于CT,且具有经济、简便、诊断价值强的特点。
Objective To analyze and compare the image quality and radiation dose of VolumeRAD imaging and CT, and select the appropriate X-ray examination to better clinical application. Methods VolumeRAD imaging and CT images were obtained by phantom and their respective radiation doses were recorded. Results The low contrast resolution of Vol-umeRAD imaging technique was 4 mm at 1% contrast, 7 mm at 0.5% contrast and 0 mm at 0.3% contrast, with high contrast resolution of 9 lp / cm and radiation dose of 1.26 mGy . The low contrast resolution of CT was 2 mm at 1% contrast, 4 mm at 0.5% contrast and 6 mm at 0.3% contrast, with a high contrast resolution of 7 lp / cm and a radiation dose of 28 mGy. Conclusion Compared with CT, VolumeRAD imaging overcomes the overlapping structure of DR and has high contrast resolution and low contrast resolution, but its radiation dose is much lower than that of CT, which is economical, simple and has high diagnostic value specialty.
