根据矽肺发病的免疫理论,选择工龄在10年以上,以掘进工为主的煤矿矿建工人153例,其中矽尘接触者51例,观察对象52例,矽肺Ⅰ期20例,Ⅱ期23例、Ⅲ期7例。经体检排除其他内科疾患,测定血液淋巴细胞转化率,试图了解矽肺患者的细胞免疫功能。淋巴细胞转化率测定结果:应用微量全血淋巴细胞转化试验方法37℃培养3天,制片镜检。结果见附表。经统计处理矽尘接触者与观察对象及各期矽肺组淋巴细胞转化率之间的差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。观察对象与矽肺Ⅰ期,各矽肺组之间的差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。观察对象及各期矽肺组淋巴细胞转化率变动范围均低于矽尘接触者,大部分在70%以下。从上述结果发现淋巴细胞转化率在胸片表现为观察对象阶段就有改变。矽肺病人细胞免疫功能有所变化,但病
According to the immunological theory of silicosis, 153 coal miners and miners with a working age of more than 10 years were employed.
