本文介绍了我院信息系统中病区操作员的培训与管理办法 ,主要从转变电脑操作人员的观念 ;严格落实管理、培训考核制度 ;进行岗前培训 ;取得的效果四个方面进行探讨。
This article introduced the training and management methods for ward operators in our hospital’s information system, mainly changing the concept of computer operators; strictly implementing the management and training assessment system; conducting pre-job training; and obtaining the results in four aspects.
