红蛛蜘是棉花重要害虫之一。近年来,随着耕作制度的改革,使红蛛蜘的发生数量与为害程度有逐年严重的趋势。加之,长期使用单一农药,抗性不断增加,特别遇到干旱少雨的年份,红蜘蛛就成为棉花增产的主要障碍。1975年我们对红蜘蛛发生规律作了调查。发生概况红蜘蛛越冬雌成蛛3月中旬开始产卵。第一代卵于四月中旬孵化,卵期约1个月左右。4月下旬开始出现一代成蛛,当时均寄生于早春寄主。5月上旬开始向棉苗、玉米、大豆等作物上转
