体育教师专业化发展是国际体育教师发展的必然趋势,也是我国体育教师教育改革的重要方向之一。它要求体育教师通过终身专业学习与专业训练来获得更多的体育专业知识与技能,并能够表现出长期且专业的体育自主式道德素质,进而真正成长为一个良好的体育教育工作者。因此,本文选取了小学体育教师进行了较为详细的探讨,主要分析了小学体育师资专业化培养的具体途径与方法,从而改变当前小学体育师资专业化发展不足的现状。
The professional development of physical education teachers is an inevitable trend of the development of international physical education teachers and one of the important directions for the reform of physical education teachers in our country. It requires physical education teachers to acquire more professional sports knowledge and skills through lifelong professional learning and professional training, and can demonstrate long-term and professional sports-oriented moral qualities, and then truly grow into a good physical education worker. Therefore, this paper selected primary school physical education teachers to conduct a more detailed discussion, mainly analyzed the specific ways and means of primary PE teachers specialized training, so as to change the current lack of professional development of primary school PE teachers.
