本文主要叙述将粉煤灰作硬化性树脂及其原材料的填加剂。并且在加工成形时配以粉煤灰,使其加工性、成型性、尺寸稳定性、吸湿性及电特性等方面都得到改善。供研宄用的粉煤灰含未燃炭4—5%。将木粉与微粒粉煤灰(经硅烷偶合处理的)作填充剂配制的热硬化性树脂片和以微粒粉煤灰(经砖烷偶合处理的)做配料制得的热硬化性树脂片比较,无论是在热硬化性树脂原材料中配进粉煤灰,还是在热硬化性树脂成型时作为填充剂加入的粉煤灰,其结果是相同的。
