国家商检局,电子工业部出台《出口电子产品质量许可征管理办法》。为保证出口电子产品质量,促进对外贸易的发展,国家商检局、电子工业部近日修订出台了《出口电子产品质量许可证管理办法》,原《出口电子产品质量许可证实施办法(试行)》即行作废。新《办法》的主要内容如下: 一、国家商检局和电子部负责实施出口电子产品质量许可证的领导工作,并分别设立发证管理部门,共同制定和组织实施质量许可证考核办法,签发和吊销质量许可证,协调和处理有关事宜。
State Administration of Commodity Inspection, the Ministry of Electronic Industry issued “Export Licensing of electronic products quality management approach.” In order to ensure the quality of export electronic products and promote the development of foreign trade, the State Commodity Inspection Bureau and the Ministry of Electronics Industry recently revised and promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Quality Licenses for Exported Electronic Products. The original Measures for the Implementation of Quality Licenses for Exported Electronic Products (Trial) Void. The main contents of the new “Measures” are as follows: 1. The State Administration of Commodity Inspection and the Electronics Department are responsible for implementing the leadership of exporting electronic product quality licenses, and setting up separate issuance management departments to jointly formulate and organize the implementation of quality license assessment methods and issuing and Revocation of quality licenses, coordination and handling of related matters.
