上海市学校德育工作会议要求上海各级各类学校确立“学生为本”“全面发展”“实践体验”“全员育人”“全面渗透”理念,遵循德育教学和学生成长成才规律,树理想信念之魂, 立民族精神之根,努力开创上海学校德育工作新局面。各级各类学校要充分认识加强和改进学校德育工作的极端重要性,积极探索和解决当前学校德育工作的新情况、新问题,进一步增强德育工作的针对性和有效性,创造性地开展学校德育工作,这一切都建立在校长们学校德育工作思维和方法的更新上。
