1.背景资料山东东营市地处渤海之滨,位于黄河最下游末端的入海口,近年来入海区域地表盐度的逐步加剧,给当地生态环境带来严重影响。为了改变生态环境和改善当地人民生活,必须依靠引进黄河水,“引黄”工程被当地称之为生命工程。东营市有关部门经过论证,确定采取现代化机械引水设施,在王庄闸前设置大流量提水装置,确保引黄水量满足东营市用水需求。
1. Background Information Dongying City, Shandong Province is located on the coast of the Bohai Sea, at the mouth of the most downstream reaches of the Yellow River. In recent years, the surface salinity of the sea area has been gradually aggravated, which has seriously affected the local ecological environment. In order to change the ecological environment and improve the lives of local people, we must rely on the introduction of the Yellow River water. The “Yellow River Diverging Project” has been locally called a life project. Relevant departments of Dongying City, after demonstration, to determine the adoption of modern mechanical water diversion facilities in front of Wangzhuang gate to set large flow device to ensure that the Yellow River water supply to meet the Dongying City water demand.
