我院从83年3月至86年9月,用CO_2激光治疗耳甲腔黑色素内皮痣7例。经过三年半至一月多的随访,局部无一例复发。 7例中,男性2例,女性5例。平均年龄43.2岁,最大74岁,最小25岁。好发部位,左耳甲腔2例。右耳甲腔5例其中有2例较大从耳甲腔延伸到外耳道口上。黑色素痣一般在一平方厘米左右,最大1.8厘米×1.6厘米,表面略高出皮肤,较粗糙,有凹凸不平,2例中有毛发。起初约芝蔴大小无症状,逐渐长大,以后轻微发痒,微痛,或许少量出血,有2例自觉对听力稍有影响。
In our hospital from March 1983 to September 86, 7 cases of CO 2 laser treatment of melanoma endothelial cells. After three and a half years to many months follow-up, no local recurrence. Initially about the size of sesame asymptomatic, and gradually grew up, after itching slightly, slight pain, or a small amount of bleeding, 2 patients consciously have a slight impact on hearing.
