本病较为罕见,苌氏曾以先天性全色盲报告1例,卢氏以此综合征病名报告6例。笔者近年曾见一家系同胞3人中两人患病,现报道于下。例1 李××女21岁,出生后5个月时,到户外时畏光。幼年时到室外不能睁眼,夜间或到暗室内睁眼正常,视力较差。患者为第二胎,足月顺产,发育正常,智力一般。父母非近亲婚配。同胞3人,长者男性,眼部正常,其弟(例2)患本病。家族
