Hemingway, “White elephant mountains.” This story really can be summed up in one sentence: a United States man with a girl waiting for a train at a small station in Spain, the man managed to persuade the girl to do a minor operation. Simple and extremely simple. It has only one scene. It is almost a very small very small fragment. However, it is so charming. Here we see how the formation of “simplicity”, the simplicity of Hemingway, the simplicity of our tradition, and the differences and similarities between Hemingway and the same abundance of conciseness and charm. At the same time, I also want us to think about the same story, how can we write, can we achieve such an effect? We will add people and stories, then, it will become like?
