设计的新型矸石胶结充填机构由抛矸带式输送机、举升机构和回转工作台组成。为提高水平抛射和垂直抛射的距离,抛矸输送机采用V形深槽托辊和花纹输送带。抛矸输送机的举升机构采用前推连杆组合式,而回转驱动机构采用液压缸驱动的四连杆机构。利用作图法得到举升机构和四连杆机构的基本尺寸参数,并用解析法求得关键部件的作用力。
The design of the new gangue cementation filling mechanism by throwing bandage conveyor, lifting mechanism and rotary table composition. In order to improve the level of projectile and vertical projectile distance, throwing conveyor with V-shaped deep groove roller and pattern conveyor belt. The dumping hopper conveyor lifting mechanism using the front push rod combination, and the rotary drive mechanism using hydraulic cylinder-driven four-bar linkage. The basic dimension parameters of the lifting mechanism and the four-bar linkage mechanism are obtained by using the drawing method, and the force of the key components is obtained by the analytical method.
