The ridgetron cavity is the key assembly of the ridgetron accelerator,which is mainly used in the electron irradiation field.The electron irradiation technology is a highly efficient,ecotypic,secure and new technology.It can be used in food process for sterilize,preservation,inhibition of burgeon,and so on.
