小鼠经335rad裂变中子全身照射后,用标记分裂指数法测定了空肠隐窝细胞周期的变化。实验结果表明,照后7天内GT时间缩短较明显,而后有恢复趋势,9天时已接近正常水平。增殖周期各时相以G_I期变化最显著,对GT的影响最大。对相近似致死剂量的中子和~(60)Coγ线照射后GT的变化进行比较看到,中子照射引起的GT缩短比γ线引起的GT缩短更明显。文章中对肠上皮修复的可能机制进行了讨论。
After mice were irradiated with 335 rad fission neutrons, the change of cell cycle in jejunum crypt was determined by the marker splitting index method. The experimental results showed that the shortening of GT time within 7 days after irradiation was more obvious, and then tended to recover, approaching the normal level at 9 days. The most significant changes in the G_I phase of the proliferation cycle of each phase, the greatest impact on the GT. Comparing the changes of GT after exposure to similar lethal doses of neutrons and ~ (60) Coγ rays, GT shortening caused by neutron irradiation was more pronounced than that of γ rays. The possible mechanisms of intestinal epithelial repair are discussed in the article.
