脑回肥厚是罕见的皮层异常,以皮质及脑回广泛的肥厚,脑沟浅为其特征,伴有外侧裂、被盖发育不全,过去对此病生前诊断困难,自头部CT 检查应用以来,脑回肥厚及脑沟浅和无脑回的生前诊断已有数例报导,本文报导1例女性,34岁,局限性癫痫发作8年,无遗传病及近亲结婚家族史。母孕期无异常,正常分娩,生长发育正常,但学语迟延,7岁时发现轻度跛行与左侧上下肢比右侧细而短,无急性灰白质炎及头部外伤史。26岁(初次妊娠劳动时)突然左手关节轻度背屈,无抽搐及意识丧失。
