本文建立了冰箱压缩机的数学模型。对QD75GA型冰箱压缩机的工作过程进行了计算机模拟,计算结果同实验数据吻合良好。在此基础上,对使用替代工质HFC152a/HCFC22的QD75GA型压缩机的结构参数进行了优化。并将优化前后的压缩机分别装在同一台冰箱上,对冰箱的性能进行了对比测试,实验结果表明,对压缩机阀片厚度的优化提高了替代工质冰箱的性能。
This paper established a mathematical model of refrigerator compressor. The working process of QD75GA refrigerator compressor was simulated by computer. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. On this basis, the structural parameters of QD75GA compressor using alternative refrigerant HFC152a / HCFC22 are optimized. The compressors before and after optimization are respectively installed on the same refrigerator, and the performances of the refrigerators are compared with each other. The experimental results show that the optimization of the thickness of the compressor improves the performance of refrigerators.
