为了进一步提高临床治疗的用药水平,保障临床用药有效、安全。我院开展门诊不合格处方点评工作已多年,但每月不合理处方依旧存在,本文为2008年1月至2012年7月对不合理用药处方存在的共性问题加以点评,以期达到合理用药的目的。1病例资料例1内科患者,女,72岁,咳嗽、咳痰、喘息,胃不舒服,曾有过癫痫、胃痛史。诊断:支气管炎。Rp:左氧氟沙星胶囊
