如果一个教师只注重上课,而忽视其他教学常规环节,结果是不会令人满意的。教学常规是一个系统工程,每一个流程每一步都要做好,这样才能做一个合格的教师,也才能更好地培养学生。备好课、上好课、改好作业、辅导好后进生,此路套是非常陈旧的教学常规,现在重提似乎不合时宜或缺乏鲜味,但即便如此,笔者依然要炒炒冷饭。近年来教育改革风风火火、热浪袭人,经过几番冲洗浮沉,躁动心灵逐趋平静,“回归本真”“以生为本”的呼喊重回教坛,
