在田间和室内试验农药杀虫双对土壤微生物影响.结果表明,大田用25%杀虫双水剂稀释60倍根施棉株,使土壤中药剂浓度不超过4mg/g,对棉田土壤微生物中好气异养菌和主要有益微生物不会产生明显抑制作用;当杀虫双含量在10mg/g及以上时,则有显著抑制作用.土壤微生物对杀虫双有一定的降解作用,前10天中降解速度比灭菌土中要快一倍左右.
