1981年四季度,结合当年夏秋之际发生在秦巴山区西部的暴雨洪灾对一些工程设施影响的谢查,我们对秦岭山区某工地的泥石流灾害情况、形成条件和规律进行了一些勘测。勘测场地处于西秦岭山区的一个较大的河谷地带,不少建筑物处于河谷两侧一些沟谷的出口地带。在1981年8月间,当地连降大雨暴雨,造成了严重的洪水、滑坡、崩坍、泥石流等自然灾害,其中泥石流沟就有十余条。泥石流不同程度地毁坏了几十栋建筑物,所携物质抬高了河床的高程,加剧了洪水灾害,造成了严重的经济损失。
In the fourth quarter of 1981, in connection with the Xiecha investigation of the impact of torrential rains and floods in the western Qinba Mountains on some engineering facilities in the summer and fall, we conducted some surveys on the debris flow conditions and the formation conditions and laws of debris flow in a site in the Qinling Mountains. The survey site is in a larger valley in the western Qinling Mountains, with many buildings in the exit areas of some valleys on both sides of the valley. In August 1981, heavy rainfall and rainstorms in the area caused severe natural disasters such as floods, landslides, collapses and mudslides, of which there were more than ten debris flow ditches. Debris flow to varying degrees destroyed dozens of buildings, the carrying material raised the elevation of the riverbed, exacerbating the flood disaster, causing serious economic losses.
