自1992年～1998年应用脉络宁静脉滴注与高压氧联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变22例,效果良好,现将临床资料总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 22例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为1992年～1998年间我院门诊及住院病人,诊断符合 WHO 糖尿病诊断标准,其中Ⅰ型糖尿病4例,男女各2例,年龄为24岁～29岁,病程为4年;Ⅱ型糖尿病18例,男6例,女12例,年龄为45岁～68岁,16例病程为5年～14年,2例以下肢麻木为首发症状来诊。
From 1992 to 1998 application of vein intravenous infusion and hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 22 cases, the effect is good, the clinical data are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 22 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients from 1992 to 1998 in our hospital outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of line with WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes, including type 4 diabetes mellitus, 2 cases of male and female, aged 24 years old ~ 29 years old, duration of 4 years; type 18 diabetes in 18 cases, 6 males and 12 females, aged 45 years to 68 years, 16 cases of 5 years to 14 years, 2 cases of lower limb numbness as the first symptom to the clinic .
