仲裁是解决民事纠纷的重要途径之一。仲裁文书作为仲裁活动的文字载体,目前尚无统一的格式。而在仲裁实践中,各仲裁机构及当事人所运用的仲裁文书存在着许多共性。统一仲裁文书格式,对于促进仲裁程序顺利、有效地进行,保证仲裁活动的公平、公正,保护当事人的合法权益,均具有重要作用。
Arbitration is one of the important ways to solve civil disputes. There is no uniform format for arbitration instruments as the text carrier of arbitration activities. In the practice of arbitration, there are many commonalities in arbitration instruments used by arbitration institutions and parties. The uniform form of arbitration instruments plays an important role in promoting the smooth and effective conduct of the arbitration proceedings and in ensuring that the arbitration activities are fair and just and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned.
