目的:建立眼明熏洗液(金银花、川芎、一枝蒿)的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对金银花、川芎进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定眼明熏洗液中绿原酸、阿魏酸含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定眼明熏洗液中总黄酮的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。绿原酸在0.089~0.799 g·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.999 5(n=5),平均回收率为100.21%,RSD 1.06%(n=6);阿魏酸在7.434~37.17 mg·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为99.91%,RSD1.19%(n=6);芦丁在0.008~0.048 g·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.998 9(n=5),平均回收率为99.50%,RSD 0.87%(n=6)。结论:建立的TLC,HPLC,UV方法专属性强、重复性好,可用于眼明熏洗液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality control method of eye-ming smokers (Lonicera japonica, Chuanxiong, Artemisia annua). Methods: The qualitative identification of honeysuckle and ligusticum chuanxiong were carried out by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in Yanming lotion was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the content of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in Yanming lotion was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry Flavonoids content. Results: Thin-layer chromatography spots clear, negative control without interference. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.089 ~ 0.799 g · L -1, r = 0.999 5 (n = 5), the average recovery was 100.21% and the RSD was 1.06% (n = 6) The linearity of L-1 was good, r = 0.999 9 (n = 5), the average recovery was 99.91% and RSD was 1.19% (n = 6) .The linear relationship of rutin between 0.008 and 0.048 g · L- r = 0.998 9 (n = 5). The average recovery was 99.50% and RSD 0.87% (n = 6). Conclusion: The TLC, HPLC and UV methods are highly specific and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of eye wash smokers.
