为了能够提高弧齿锥齿轮故障诊断的效率,使弧齿锥齿轮能够安全可靠地工作,深入地分析了小波包能量谱在弧齿锥齿轮中的应用。分析了弧齿锥齿轮故障的机理;研究了弧齿锥齿轮故障诊断的小波能量谱的机理;利用小波包能量谱对弧齿锥齿轮进行了故障诊断,结果表明该方法具有较好诊断精度。
In order to improve the efficiency of spiral bevel gear fault diagnosis and make the spiral bevel gear work safely and reliably, the application of wavelet packet energy spectrum in spiral bevel gear is analyzed deeply. The mechanism of spiral bevel gear failure was analyzed. The wavelet energy spectrum mechanism of spiral bevel gear fault diagnosis was studied. The fault diagnosis of spiral bevel gear was carried out by wavelet packet energy spectrum. The results show that this method has better diagnostic accuracy.
