为了能够提高桥式起重机的故障诊断准确率,深入地探究了粗糙集和混沌粒子群算法在其中的应用。分析了桥式起重机在工作过程中可能发生的主要故障及其产生原因;讨论了粗糙集的基本理论;分析了混沌粒子群算法的基本原理和流程;对桥式起重机进行故障诊断仿真分析,仿真结果表明该方法具有较高的故障诊断效率和诊断精度。
In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis of overhead traveling crane, the application of rough set and chaos particle swarm optimization is explored deeply. The main problems that may occur in the process of the bridge crane and their causes are analyzed. The basic theory of the rough set is discussed. The basic principle and flow of the chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm are analyzed. The fault diagnosis of the bridge crane is analyzed, and the simulation The results show that the method has high fault diagnosis efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
