Objective To understand the recovery status of immunization planning and the status of inoculation rate after 4 months of quake-stricken earthquake. Methods The immunization planning data of 33 affected township hospitals in three earthquake-affected areas were inspected, and questionnaires and sample sampling of vaccination rates were conducted. Results After the earthquake, the number of floating children increased and the active search of migrant children was not enough. The coverage rate of “five seedlings” in disaster-stricken areas was above 95%, but some villages still lacked enough space, the layout was not reasonable, the storage space for vaccines was not enough, and the vaccines, cold chains and data management were not standardized enough. Conclusion In conclusion, all the three immunization programs in disaster-hit areas have gradually recovered to pre-quake levels and some townships have been strengthened.
