旧路路基的可利用性评价是一个复杂的、相对的、模糊的系统工程。传统的分析方法难以对旧路路基的可利用性做出合理的评价。在综合分析旧路路基可利用性影响因素的基础上,提出了旧路路基可利用性模糊综合评价系统方法。在对各种可利用性因素进行全面分析后,选取9个具有代表性的因素作为评价指标,并建立了这些评价指标的量化方法和隶属函数。评价模型采用专家打分法确定各评价指标的权重,结合各专家的权威性系数,利用建立的模糊数学模型对路基可利用性进行评价。算例研究表明,模糊综合评价方法在评价旧路路基可利用性方面是可行的和有效的。
The evaluation of the usability of the old roadbed is a complex, relative, fuzzy system engineering. The traditional method of analysis is difficult to make a reasonable evaluation of the availability of old roadbed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the influential factors of the availability of the old subgrade, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of the subgrade availability of the old subgrade is proposed. After a comprehensive analysis of various availability factors, nine representative factors were selected as evaluation indicators, and the quantitative methods and membership functions of these evaluation indicators were established. The evaluation model uses the expert scoring method to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Based on the authoritative coefficient of each expert, the fuzzy math model is established to evaluate the subgrade availability. The case study shows that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible and effective in evaluating the usability of old subgrade.
