植入性胎盘是一种较严重、少见的并发症。多叶胎盘完全植入,国内罕见。我院于1984年收治1例,现报告如下: 患者34岁,住院号61224,1984年3月2日因不规则腹痛11天,破水2小时急诊入院。孕4产。末次月经1983年5月20日,预产期1984年2月27日。婚后6年不孕,既往曾两次因不全流产行清富术。1年前又因宫外孕行手术治疗。入院检查:患者神志清楚,体温、脉搏正常,血压130/90mmHg。腹部膨隆,肝脾不大。产科检查:宫底脐上2指,子宫软有压
