减少人口数量,提高人口素质,是我国的基本国策。遗传、优生咨询是实现这一国策的必要手段,在全国,凡有条件的医院普遍开展了这项工作。我科在1985年底建成细胞遗传实验室的基础上,于1986年1月开始,开展遗传、优生咨询门诊。一年来共咨询病人142例,对其中有适应症的96例作了外周血及羊水细胞染色体培养,较好地配合了优生及计划生育工作,现将142例咨询及实验室检查结果分析如下:
