He Guoqiang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Organization Department, recently pointed out: To guide cadres at all levels in establishing a correct view of political achievements and upholding the correct guidance of employing others, the Party organizations at all levels, especially the organizational departments, shoulder heavy responsibilities. While strengthening ideological and political education, we should pay attention to system construction. We should deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system, study and establish a scientific standard of performance evaluation, and improve the performance of leading cadres in our party and government
