钢琴是幼师专业一门重要的基础必修课程,幼师生学会钢琴弹奏是幼儿教师开展教育教学活动的一项基本技能。面对幼师钢琴集体授课的现状,已无法达到“既面向全体又注重个性发展,尊重学生学习的差异性”的新课标要求。如何利用分层教学策略,构建高效的钢琴课堂,则是一个非常有意义的主题。
