例1 刘×男15岁学生门诊号920131 双眼红、异物感、痛伴眼屎、流泪一天余,在当地卫生室诊断为结膜炎。以四环素眼膏与斑马眼水合并点眼,三天效果不佳。1992年2月12日来我科就诊,经检查双眼结膜充血,分泌物增多,余正常。诊断为结膜炎,并嘱其继续使用两药,以白天点眼水,睡前点眼膏,三夭复诊,分泌物少,充血轻,又两日告愈。例2 杨×男17岁学生门诊号920145双眼结膜充血,分泌物增多,异物感一天余,1992年3月19日来我院眼科就诊,诊断为结膜炎。以白 Case 1 Liu × male 15-year-old student clinic number 920131 Double red, foreign body sensation, pain with eye drops, shed tears for more than a day, diagnosed with conjunctivitis in the local clinics.
