本文通过对椭圆形混凝土排水管截面参数优化设计、原材料选择和结构有限元计算,制作出公称直径500mm的RPC椭圆形排水管。按国家标准对管道进行了相关力学试验,分析了活性粉末混凝土管的位移-荷载全曲线、应力-荷载全曲线。研究钢纤维活性粉末混凝土椭圆管受力变形规律;给出了钢纤维活性粉末混凝土椭圆管设计、生产参数。研究成果可为钢纤维活性粉末混凝土在异型管道中的应用提供依据。
In this paper, the RPC elliptical drain pipe with a nominal diameter of 500mm was made by optimizing the cross-section parameters of the oval concrete drain pipe, the selection of raw materials and the finite element calculation of the structure. According to the national standard, the related mechanical tests were carried out on the pipeline, and the displacement-load full curve and stress-load full curve of the reactive powder concrete pipe were analyzed. The deformation and deformation of steel fiber reactive powder concrete oval tube was studied. The design and production parameters of steel fiber reactive powder concrete oval tube were given. The research results provide the basis for the application of steel fiber reactive powder concrete in shaped pipelines.
