J.BaPraWski等曾认为电调GUNN振荡器偏压实现相位锁定是一种不切实际的方法。但我们在实验上已成功地实现了控制GUNN振蕩器偏压的毫米波锁相。本文说明采用这种方法锁相的优点,同时给出实验结果。
J. BaPraWski et al. Considered an electrically realistic GUNN oscillator bias phase lock is an impractical method. However, we have experimentally successfully implemented millimeter-wave phase locking to control GUNN oscillator bias. This article describes the advantages of using this method phase-locked, given the experimental results.
