就业是民生之本,创业是就业之源。创业能不能成功,很大程度上取决于创业者拥有的创业知识和创业能力。自去年以来,山东省启动大规模就业创业培训,今后5年将培训550万人,全面提升城乡劳动者的就业竞争能力、职业转换能力和创业带动能力,实现统筹城乡就业、缓解就业矛盾目标。莱芜市积极响应响,在全市大力开展“创业富民、创新强市、创优争先”和“全民创业年”活动,全力构筑促进全民创业的政策扶持、培训提升、指导服务三大平台。
Employment is the people’s livelihood, entrepreneurship is the source of employment. Entrepreneurship can not be successful, largely depends on entrepreneur-owned entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial capabilities. Since last year, Shandong Province started large-scale employment and entrepreneurship training and will train 5.5 million people over the next five years to comprehensively enhance the employment competitiveness, career transformation ability and entrepreneurial driving ability of urban and rural workers so as to achieve the goal of overall urban-rural employment and employment contradiction alleviation. Laiwu City responded positively and vigorously launched the activities of “Entrepreneurship, Enriching the People, Innovating the Cities, Creating Excellence,” and “All-People’s Entrepreneurship Year” in the whole city so as to build the three platforms of policy support, training promotion and guidance service for promoting entrepreneurship throughout the country .
