健美操非常受广大学生的喜爱,其原因它具有健身性和娱乐性。学生们在富有乐趣、丰富多彩的的健美操运动中既锻炼了自己的身体,同时也促进了心理素质的提高。可见,健美操锻炼具有“双重功效”这一点正被专家学者们的现代体育科学研究所证实。本文通过健美操对高校学生身心影响的研究,以期为高校学生有利于身心健康发展的方法,同时也通过此调查也为健美操教学方法的改进提供参考依据和帮助。
Aerobics is very popular with the majority of students, because of its fitness and entertainment. Students exercise their body in the fun and colorful aerobics movement, and also promote the improvement of psychological quality. Can be seen that aerobics exercise has “double effect ” This is being confirmed by experts and scholars of modern sports science research institute. In this paper, the body and mind of college students through aerobics research, with a view to college students in favor of the development of physical and mental health method, but also through this survey also provide aerobic exercises teaching methods to improve the reference and help.
