在高层结构设计过程中,设计人员往往以满足结构安全性为目标,使得结构偏于保守,剪力墙数量设计得过多,没有充分发挥剪力墙的承载力,忽略了建筑节能等经济性问题,并造成了一定的浪费。通过工程实例,运用有限元软件PKPM对结构进行了简化建模,综合考虑结构的安全参数指标以及成本造价,给出作者建议的布墙率的合理范围,对实际工程具有指导意义。
