今年一季度,居民消费价格继续呈现明显上涨的走势,涨幅与去年同期持平。但影响居民消费价格总水平的结构性因素有所变化,食品价格上涨对价格总水平上涨的作用有所减小,服务价格上涨对价格总水平上涨的影响增大,一般工业消费品价格虽继续下降,但降幅有所减小,城乡居民消费价格涨幅差距仍较大。从发展来看,影响价格总水平上涨的表面性因素的作用有所减小,但不确定因素对价格上涨压力仍很大,对此应给予高度重视,及时采取有效措施加以调控。
