乙型肝炎血源疫苗自应用以来,各地报道免疫效果可高达90%以上。我院医务人员每天都与乙型肝炎(乙肝)病人直接接触,可谓HBV感染的高危人群。为达预防目的,自1986年6月起对全院医务人员进行国产乙肝血源疫苗预防接种,并对免疫效果动态观察3年。现筛选材料较完整的91例回顾分析报告如下。
Hepatitis B blood vaccine since the application has been reported around the immune effect can be as high as 90%. Our hospital medical staff daily with hepatitis B (hepatitis B) patients in direct contact, described as high-risk groups of HBV infection. In order to achieve the goal of prevention, since June 1986, the domestic medical staffs have been vaccinated against hepatitis B vaccine and the immune effect has been dynamically observed for 3 years. Now screening material more complete 91 cases of retrospective analysis report is as follows.
