我们用聚细胞治疗急性发作期复发性的多发性口疮及疮疹性口炎各50例,方法为肌内注射2ml隔3天1次,溃疡面涂1日数次。结果多发性口疮及疮疹性口炎以聚细胞治疗的有效(用药后3～4天内症状改善,复发间隔期延长)率分别达96％和98％,其中特效(用药后1～2天内溃疡面缩小,疼痛减轻,不多发)者分别占32％和36％,显效(用药的2～3天内溃疡面缩小,疼痛减轻,复发
