四川省人力资源和社会保障厅继原省劳动和社会保障厅《<劳动法>配套法规汇编》(一)至(十六),原省人事厅《人事工作文件选编》(一)至(二十六)陆续编辑发行后,为保持上述文件汇编的连续性,现已新编印出《人力资源和社会保障政策法规汇编》2008卷、2009卷、2010卷共三册。三册汇编收录了2008年至2010年底国家和我省制定出台的有关法律、法规、规章及规范性文件400
