小麦是我区的主要粮食作物。努力提高小麦产量,对于夺取我区全年粮食丰收,具有重要意义。我院农科所根据昌吉、塔城两地区的当前生产条件,参照北京农科所编写的北京地区《小麦栽培管理历程表》的方式,编写了本文。文中所提措施,是按照亩产400斤以上的要求提出的,不妥之处,请当地贫下中农和农业工作者修改。希望各地有关部门,也结合本地情况,采用领导干部、贫下中农和技术人员三结合的办法,研完制定本地区的小麦栽培管理技术措施,并贯彻执行,以便把我区的小麦生产迅速促上去。
Wheat is the main food crop in my area. Efforts to increase wheat production are of great significance for seizing the full-year grain harvest in our region. According to the current production conditions of Changji and Tacheng in our hospital, this article is compiled with reference to the “Wheat Cultivation Management Calendar” prepared by Beijing Agricultural Science Institute. The measures mentioned in the article are put forward according to the requirements of more than 400 kilograms per mu, and inappropriately ask the local poor peasants and agricultural workers to make revisions. We hope all relevant departments and local governments will adopt the combination of leading cadres, poor and middle peasants and technicians to work out the technical measures for the cultivation and management of wheat in the region and implement it so as to prompt the rapid development of wheat production in our region .
