Be与铬天青S(CAS),溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)在一定的PH下形成稳定的胶束增溶三元络合物。其λ_(maX)=520nm,ε=3.1×10~4。在0-10μg BeO/50ml范围内服从比尔定律,萃取分离后,可以检测煤中n×10~(-4)%的Be。
